In the triangle formed by Princesa, Alberto Aguilera and Serrano Jover, this project recovers the memory of a neighbourhood that has disappeared. Inspired by the old trams, it fuses straight and sinuous forms to reinterpret its historic layout. The Marriott Plaza Princesa stands as a new urban landmark that combines legacy and modernity, revitalising the area with a design of character and a nod to local history.
